Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services and products purchased from **Ochem Masters** ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services or digital products, you agree to this Refund Policy.

 

#1. Tutoring Services

#1.1 Completed Sessions

Tutoring sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.

#1.2 Cancellations

Refunds for canceled sessions are only available if the cancellation complies with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

Sessions canceled with less than the required notice period are not eligible for a refund.

#1.3 No-Shows

No-shows are non-refundable and are charged in accordance with our No-Show Policy.

#2. Tutoring Packages

  • Tutoring packages are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

  • Unused sessions that expire are forfeited and not eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by Ochem Masters.

 

#3. Digital Products & Downloadable Materials

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  •  Guided notes

  • Worksheets

  • Reaction summaries

  • Practice problems

  • Digital courses

  • Video recordings

  • Membership content

Once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded, refunds, exchanges, or credits will not be issued.

#4. Courses, Workshops & Group Programs

  • Enrollment fees for courses, workshops, or group programs are non-refundable once the program has begun.

  • If a course or program is canceled by Ochem Masters, a prorated refund or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

#5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Ochem Masters for exceptional circumstances. Approval of a refund in one instance does not guarantee refunds in future cases.

## 6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Ochem Masters may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Revocation of access to digital products

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating disputes with their payment provider.

#7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
