Welcome to **Ochem Masters** ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, tutoring sessions, digital resources, and any related content (collectively, the "Services"). By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

#1. Services Provided

Ochem Masters provides educational services including, but not limited to:

• One-on-one tutoring (virtual or in-person, as applicable)

• Group tutoring or review sessions

• Digital educational materials (guided notes, worksheets, reaction summaries, practice problems, courses, videos, or other downloadable content)

• Educational consulting and study strategy guidance

• All Services are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee specific academic outcomes.

#2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian

• Are legally able to enter into a binding agreement

• Will provide accurate and complete information when booking or purchasing

#3. Payment & Fees

#3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Rates for tutoring sessions, packages, and digital products are displayed on our website or agreed upon in writing prior to service.

#3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required **in advance** of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

• Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

#3.3 Packages

• Tutoring packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.

• Unused sessions may expire and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

#4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

#4.1 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 8 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 8 hours' notice will be charged $60 per hour of the scheduled lesson.

#4.2 No-Shows

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice constitutes a no-show.

• No-shows will be charged $60 per hour of the scheduled lesson.

#5. Refund Policy

• Tutoring sessions already completed are non-refundable.

• Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.

• Refunds, if applicable, are issued at our sole discretion and only when explicitly stated in writing.

#6. Client Responsibilities

By working with Ochem Masters, you agree to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions

• Complete assigned work and practice independently

• Communicate respectfully and professionally

• Take responsibility for your own academic performance

• We are not responsible for outcomes affected by lack of preparation, attendance, or follow-through.

#7. Academic Integrity

Our Services are designed to support learning and understanding. You agree that you will not:

• Use our services to cheat, plagiarize, or violate academic integrity policies

• Request answers to active quizzes, exams, or graded assignments in a manner that violates your institution’s rules

• We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if we believe academic misconduct is occurring.

#8. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality instruction, we do not guarantee:

• Specific grades or exam scores

• Passing a course, exam, or professional program

• Academic success depends on many factors beyond our control, including effort, study habits, and institutional grading standards.

#9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Ochem Masters, including but not limited to:

• Notes

• Worksheets

• Reaction summaries

• Videos

• Courses

• Website content

are the intellectual property of Ochem Masters and are protected by copyright law.

You may not:

• Share, distribute, resell, or reproduce materials

• Record tutoring sessions without written permission

• Use materials for commercial purposes

Violation may result in termination of services and legal action.

#10. Recording Policy

Recording of tutoring sessions (audio or video) is not permitted without prior written consent from Ochem Masters.

#11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Ochem Masters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services giving rise to the claim

#12. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

#13. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these terms

• Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior

• Academic dishonesty

• Unused prepaid sessions may be forfeited in cases of termination for cause.

#14. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

#15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
